This photo shot by Sebastião Salgado has captured the giant tortoise. I think this photo had shown the hard condition of this place and a very detailed view of a giant tortoise, which might become distinct in the future. And you can see as clear as the skin textures of the tortoise, so I think it is a essential for documentary photography of a tortoise.

Richard Mosse has captured the Souda Camp in a long depth of field. I do think this is very significant in documentary photography, because geographically, the earth will change. So later on in the future, this photo will leave a documentary of how the Souda Camp looks back in 2017. The detailed photo of the entire camp is very meaningful.

The image shot by Robert Capa will be very influential in documentary photography, because the WWII is very significant, and this image, it depicted the Battle fort of Italian troops in WWII, through how it is built, and how soldiers are fighting from the fort.
