This piece really captured my attention because each individual is so unique and has it’s own pose, direction, look etc. This detail is what makes the piece so enticing. There’s so much to look at and so much that resembles the real world. I think this technique really enhances a toy photograph because the viewer is so in awe of the naturalism portrayed through the image, while still knowing it’s simply a man-made structure.
Most of these are real locations photographed to look like they are toys. Typically a tilt shift lens is used from a high angle to get this effect.
