I chose this photo because the focus of my book is fashion and art. This photo encapsulates both. I love that art is all around with the tapestry behind her and the clear view of the sketch. The woman is dressed to the nines and is being sketched in her decadent outfit. I plan to do the same with my model except I will be photographing them. I want some of my photos to be in black and white and this is the perfect example of what I plan to do. I want to display elegance and capture the intricacies of fashion and personal expression in my project.
