I walked across the bridge to North Bethlehem over the weekend with some friends. This has been my favorite assignment so far. It was so fun to take pictures of Bethlehem while exploring the town for the first time. I thought it was interesting to see the mix of people who were and were not wearing masks. Most people were not wearing masks around town, and those that were, wore it below their nose. While my friends and I walked around with our masks on, someone yelled at us to take them off as they drove by. I found it so interesting to see the different ways people are handling the pandemic. Additionally, there were lots of restaurants that had tables set up in the streets, due to the pandemic. Overall, I loved this assignment and am considering this to be the topic for my book.

Ashley,
I really enjoy how you chose to edit your street photographs. I especially like how you chose to keep them in color. The vibrant colors really add a nice touch to the nicely composed images that you took. I like the image with the yellow walls that because of the different colorful elements in the rest of the image. nice job!
