Guadalajara (21) was taken by Aaron Siskind. There are many strait lines in this photo. The horizontal lines are mostly the lighter gray or white parts of the photo and the vertical lines melt from the black ink in the center of the photo graph. Within the black ground of the photo there is uneven coloration of white a gray which creates an nice texture throughout the photo.
You might also describe the repetition of words and symbols on the tape that crosses the image horizontally, the dark horizontal line at the top and the curved line under that.
