This picture stood out to me because it focuses on the bottom of the arch and the people underneath the tower. Everything behind the tower is blurry, but everything in front is clear. The photographer may have used portrait mode to effect the depth of fields. I like how the greens in the back stand out, even though they are blurry. Because the people are so clear and sharp, you can see the bright colors, especially red, of their clothing.
